  • How does Voxforce pricing work?

    Voxforce pricing is based on a combination of platform access and interaction credits/minutes. Each plan includes a set number of interaction credits, personas, avatars, widgets, integrations, and support levels.

  • What are interaction credits or interaction minutes?

    Interaction credits represent the usage of Voxforce AI conversations. They may be consumed when customers interact with your video or audio AI agent. Usage can vary depending on conversation duration and interaction mode.

  • What happens if I use all my monthly interaction credits?

    If your included credits are exhausted, you can purchase additional top-up credits, depending on your plan. Enterprise customers can get custom credit limits based on expected usage volume.

  • Can I buy extra credits without upgrading my plan?

    Yes. Voxforce supports top-up credit bundles so you can continue conversations without immediately upgrading your subscription plan.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

    Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your business needs. Upgrades may apply immediately, while downgrades may apply from the next billing cycle depending on billing rules.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the billing section. During cancellation, you will be asked to select or provide a cancellation reason so we can improve the product experience.

  • What is included in the Enterprise plan?

    The Enterprise plan is for large organizations that need custom scale, advanced security, dedicated support, white-label options, custom integrations, higher concurrency, and custom interaction credit limits.

  • Can I use custom avatars in every plan?

    Custom avatar availability depends on the plan. Lower plans may offer preset avatars or custom avatars as an add-on, while Scale and Enterprise plans can include custom avatar creation based on plan limits.
